Ready for a reset?

Join the raw movement and give your body five full days of high quality nutrient-dense meals made by a raw food chef. Over 150 people have now completed this 5 day reset since the beginning of 2020 and many people have repeated it multiple times because of the results!


Join a private facebook group where you will have community support, coaching, and live chats with the creator, Raw Food Chef, Emily Wilson! Here to guide you every step of the way.

The focus on these five days  is to reset your digestion, boost metabolism, improve energy, pack in loads of vibrant raw fruits and vegetables, and promote gentle detox.

Delivery and Pick up options available to meet your needs.

Meals will be delivered/available for pick up on Sunday night, and wednesday night between 4pm-6pm


Meals are packaged in recyclable containers and mason jars.

Please rinse out your mason jars and return each day and set out on your porch in the bee loved kitchen bag so they can be reused.

    Snack: Veggies and "ranch"
    Dinner: Southwest Burger with Chipolte Sauce


    Day 2
    Breakfast: The Hippie Healer Juice
    Mid Morning: Beet and Blood Orange Smoothie
    Lunch: Spring Roll Bowl with Orange Peanut Sauce
    Snack: Peanut Butter and Jelly Bliss Balls
    Dinner: Veggie Fajitas with cashew sour cream


    Day 3
    Breakfast: Watermelon Mint
    Mid Morning: Blueberry Banana
    Lunch: Curried Cauliflower bowl with Garlic Tahini Sauce
    Snack: Chia pudding parfait
    Dinner: Zoodle-ccini Alfredo with Rawmesan cheeze


    Day 4
    Breakfast: Orange Turmeric Tease Juice
    Mid Morning: Chocolate Maca Chia
    Lunch: Roasted Bell Pepper Neat Balls with Jalapeno Cashew Cream Snack: Salted Caramel Fig Bars
