Ready for a reset? Starts June 17th-21st.


Join the raw movement and give your body five full days of high quality nutrient-dense meals made by a raw food chef. Over 300 people have now completed this 5 day reset since the beginning of 2020 and many people have repeated it multiple times because of the results and benefits they feel.


Participate in a private facebook group where you will have community support, coaching, and live chats with the creator, Raw Food Chef, Emily Wilson! Here to guide you every step of the way.


This is a great way to build a foundation for long term results and healing for your body that will set you up for success. Not just another diet! And not a quick fix! But you will learn the steps to create the best version of yourself and feel your absolute best!


The focus on these five days is to reset your digestion, boost metabolism, improve energy, pack in loads of vibrant raw fruits and vegetables, and promote gentle detox.

Delivery and Pick up options available to meet your needs.

Meals will be delivered/available for pick up on Sunday night, and wednesday night between 4pm-6pm


Meals are packaged in recyclable containers and mason jars.

Please rinse out your mason jars and return each day and set out on your porch in the bee loved kitchen bag so they can be reused.

    Lunch:  Fennel Mint Salad with "feta"

    Snack: Mint Fruit Salad with Cream Sauce

    Dinner:  Curry Burger with Mango Chutney


    Day 2


    Breakfast: Pineapple Tumeric

    Mid Morning: Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie

    Snack: Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding

    Lunch: Summer Salad with Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing

    Dinner:  Broccoli Sesame Bowl



    Day 3

    Breakfast:  Fruit Punch

    Mid Morning:  Watermelon Mint Smoothie

    Snack: Cinnamon Donut Holes

    Lunch:  Tomato Basil Soup and Salad

    Dinner: Fajita Bowl with Cashew Crema


    Day 4

    Breakfast:  Hippe Juice 

    Mid Morning:  Mango Tango Smoothie

    Lunch:  Fiesta Mac n Cheeze

    Snack:  Veggies and Nacho Cheeze Dip
