Ready for a reset? September 11th-15th

Join the raw movement and give your body five full days of high quality nutrient-dense meals made by a raw food chef. Over 350 people have now completed this 5 day reset since the beginning of 2020 and many people have repeated it multiple times because of the results!


Join a private facebook group where you will have community support, coaching, and live chats with the creator, Raw Food Chef, Emily Wilson! Here to guide you every step of the way.


This is a great way to build a foundation for long term results and healing for your body that will set you up for success. Not just another diet! And not a quick fix! But you will learn the steps to create the best version of yourself and feel your absolute best!


The focus on these five days is to reset your digestion, boost metabolism, improve energy, pack in loads of vibrant raw fruits and vegetables, and promote gentle detox.

The meal plan will give you a variety of nutrients and superfoods to keep you full and satisfied.

Delivery and Pick up options available to meet your needs.

Meals will be delivered/available for pick up on Sunday night, and wednesday night between 4pm-6pm


Meals are packaged in recyclable containers and mason jars.

Please rinse out your mason jars and return each day and set out on your porch in the bee loved kitchen bag so they can be reused.

  • Day 1

    Breakfast: Celery Grape Juice

    Mid Morning: Chai Spice Smoothie

    Lunch:  Fiesta Salad with Coconut "Bacon"

    Snack: Veggies and Ranch Dip

    Dinner:  "Roasted" Bell Pepper Neat Ball Salad


    Day 2


    Breakfast: Tropical Punch Juice

    Mid Morning: Heavy Metal Detox

    Snack: Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding

    Lunch: Thai Salad with Sesame Sauce

    Dinner:  SW Burger with Pico and "Ranch Sauce"



    Day 3

    Breakfast: Liver Cleanser

    Mid Morning: PB&J Smoothie

    Snack: Maple Pecan Bliss Balls

    Lunch: Watermelon Poke Bowl

    Dinner: Toasted Sesame Broccoli Salad


    Day 4

    Breakfast: Hippie  Juice

    Mid Morning:  Watermelon Rosemary Smoothie

    Lunch:  Green Goddess Salad

    Snack:  Cucumbers and Rosemary Fig Cheeze

    Dinner:Avocado Basil Tart


    Day 5

    Breakfast:  Chocolate Banana 

    Mid Morning:  Pineapple Detox Smoothie

    Lunch:  Vegan Chilie
